The product will be shipped by EMS.

If the product is in stock, it will be shipped within 5-7 business days.
You are to bear the import duty and all other local expenses at the destination.

②ゆうパック（60サイズ）
のどちらかを選んでいただきます。


◎なお10000円以上ご注文いただいた場合、
送料/梱包料を当方で負担し発送させていただきます。
（京KOUを複数注文されレターパックに入り切らない場合は
ゆうパックで送らせて頂きます。
また、特に指定がない場合はレターパック（赤）で送らせて頂きます。
ゆうパックご希望の場合は、備考欄等でお知らせください。）



・在庫がある場合（オーダーメイド等以外）は、
水曜日午前中までにご注文/ご入金確認できた場合は、その週に発送させていただきます。

・京KOUアクセサリーはボックスに入れた上、緩衝材を使用して丁寧に梱包しお届けします。


・検品を丁寧に行った上で、通常3〜5日以内(土日祝日・年末年始除く)に発送します。


・郵便局窓口での発送のため、土日祝日は発送をお休みさせていただいております。


・郵送上での破損や紛失に補償をご希望の場合はゆうパックを選択してください。

After receiving the compensation, I will make it again and send it to you.

・EMSご利用の方（海外にお住まいの方）

返品については、基本的に受け付けておりません。

郵送上における破損の場合、当方へ知らせて頂きましたら、

当方から郵便局に追跡請求書にて調査を依頼します。

補償を受け取ってから再度制作し郵送させて頂きます。

再度郵送するまでに１～２週間はかかる可能性があります。
